Bench M04 FIRST LEGO League 2020-2021 RePLAY Challenge
The robot removes the backrest, flattens the bench, and gets cubes into the hopscotch spaces.

The robot removes the backrest, flattens the bench, and gets cubes into the hopscotch spaces.
The robot slides the people (called “slide figures”) down the slide and moves them to other areas.
The robot slides the step counter slow and steady. The farther the “walk,” the better.
This video is part of a series where we show you how our Box Robot accomplished the M10 Steel Construction mission 10 out of 10 times. The attachment is a basic lever and all the 'heavy lifting' is done by the x-y movement of the Dominator robot. This mission is one of the hard missions, because the construction is big and heavy and this requires precise movement of the robot.
This video is part of a series where we show you how our Box Robot accomplished the M08 Elevator mission with 100% accuracy. The idea is that the robot pushes with enought force in the right spot, which makes the elevator turn over. The interesting thing is that the Dominator robot moves the lever after it pushes the elevator. This makes the move back possible, because the lever is now not in the way of the mission model.
In this tutorial we will use Whakatae - LEGO Education SPIKE Prime Box robot to complete a mission run from the FIRST LEGO League 2019-2020 competition for the M08 Elevator mission. We accomplish 10 out of 10 in this mission. A similar approach is demonstrated with LEGO Mindstorms EV3 at FLL 2019: Accomplish every time. M08 Elevator. 10 out of 10 successful runs
In this tutorial we accomplish the Elevated places with the Whakatae - LEGO Education SPIKE Prime Competition Box robot mission. It is important to be able to go over the mission model and at the end with a simple mechanism we just push the mission model at the end
Only one counts per stack
If an Upgrade (solar panels, roof garden, insulation) is Independent, and Supported only by a Stack which is at least partly in any Circle:

Bring the blocks to a specific place on the field in a specific way
score one or the other
If there is a team-designed Structure clearly bigger than a Blue Building Unit, built only from your white LEGO bricks
Note: Design and build your own Structure before you compete, then bring that to each Match. You don’t build it during the Match.
Note: Your mission 11 Structure needs to be built from Bag 10 elements only. It can include the red and gray elements. Not all of the Bag 10 elements need to be used.

If the Steel Structure is Standing, and is Independent, and Supported only by its hinges as shown
If the Test Building is Independent and Supported only by the blue beams, and some beams have been knocked out at least half way:

Score one or the other
If the Elevator’s moving parts are Independent, and Supported only by its hinges as shown, in the following position:
(mission descriptions source https://www.first-lego-league.org/)
If the Swing is released: 20
(mission descriptions source https://www.first-lego-league.org/)
Score all that apply
If a Unit is Independent and Supported by the Tree’s:

If the Bat is Supported by branch (B) on the Tree: 10
(mission descriptions source https://www.first-lego-league.org/)
If the Inspection Drone is Supported by axle (A) on the Bridge: 10
(mission descriptions source https://www.first-lego-league.org/)
Score all that apply
If the Hooked Blue Unit is:
Note: You can only get Flag points if you get Bridge points.
Note: Rule 31 allowance: It is okay and expected for Robots to collide while trying to earn Flag points.Note
Note: When clearly only one Robot is holding a Flag raised, only that Robot scores for that Flag
(mission descriptions source https://www.first-lego-league.org/)
Move the robot to the bring. Bring the flags up
This video tutorial contains a detailed explanation on how we accomplish the FIRST LEGO League 2018-2019 Into Orbit mission called M14. METEOROID DEFLECTION. The mission is a simple throw of a ball. But of course the ball should reach a specific mission model and arrive at a specific place. And that's always challenging.
This video tutorial contains a detailed explanation on how we accomplish the FIRST LEGO League 2018-2019 Into Orbit mission called M05. EXTRACTION. On every robotics competition we have the challenge to collect, carry and return to base a number of objects. It is just in different way every time.
This video tutorial contains a detailed explanation on how we accomplish the FIRST LEGO League 2018-2019 Into Orbit mission called M05. EXTRACTION, but compared to one of the other tutorials about this mission, in this specific tutorial we are using Box Robot 1 and a multi-purpose attachment. The attachment is designed for two missions and one of the missions is the Extraction
In this video tutorial we would look at the mission run for M05. EXTRACTION. The mission is to collect and return to base a number of objects that are located on the field. Initially when I first saw the mission I thought it wold be quite challenging to accomplish it, but at the end it is not that difficult.
In this video tutorial we would look at the mission run for M09. STRENGTH EXERCISE. The mission is to lift a heavy object in the air. And that could a complex mission. It requires to use gear wheel and the attachment should be quite strong. The tutorial contains only the mission run on the field. We accomplish a single mission.
The M08. AEROBIC EXERCISE is one of the very common types of mission in FIRST LEGO League robotics competitions. I think this pattern of missions was first introduced with the growing abilities of the participating students that were constantly reaching the maximum number of points. So the competition introduced mission that require a lot of time - 20-30 seconds, are time consuming and are complex. They requires a lot of moves. This here is a video tutorial on how it could be accomplished
