In this video tutorial, we accomplish two missions from FLL 2023. We have to collect this loop with a minifigure, and we have to press down to rotate this mission. Let's see. We start from base, we reach the mission model, we press down twice, and we return back to base. Because it It all happens so fast, let's have a closer look. First, we have this detachable attachment, and when we move forward, we will press down, and we have to press down twice for this mission in our case. It's a cooperation mission with the other team, so it might be twice or it might be more or less. We press down: first time, then again, and then, when we return, we'll lock the attachment and we have to place it right. Here, I forgot to place it right. But when we press and press again, and when we move back, it will automatically detach from the robot. This is the first action - pressing down - in this mission. But the second action is not only pressing down, but collecting a loop. You can see that there is a rubber band. We love rubber bands. When we press down, press, and we activate the attachment when we move back. So as we move back, we unlock a part of the attachment, and, because there is a rubber band, it automatically releases an axle that will catch the loop. I know it's a complex movement. It's not very easy to come up with this, but once you learn it, it's very powerful. There is a rubber band, it's locked, you move, you unlock the rubber band, and you collect the loop.
