Updated levels D1 and D2 with any new standards they were missing. Most importantly: 1. added a task for closing the LEGO Box after completing the Construction and Theory sections in all lessons. 2. Most Teacher's Notes are now under Programming and Theory, except for ones, that needed to be elsewhere. 3. Added pictures to lessons that didn't have any in their Introduction

"Reply to" not working

Added Reply-to to also be on mails for when a group user's user type was changed. Concluded that our code is working properly. The issue is with mail clients not supporting the Reply-to header reliably.

[Conditional Messages] Must check Digest Messages before they are send.

Conditional Digest messages are now checked daily for any invalid urls and admins are notified of the results of the check.
