Главната роля на робота е да покаже два различни хващащи механизма в две оси. Вертикалната щипка използва среден мотор, а хоризонталната - голям мотор. Допълнително, роботът има механизъм за жилото си, който използва още един голям мотор. За глава използва EV3 сензор за разстояние, с който скорпионът може да изчака в засада и да сграбчи плячката си, когато тя се приближи!
Alice is a lovely little bird, with some amazing mechanisms on her feet. It uses two large motors and one medium one as a head, which drives both its wings.

The GorillaBot walks on its two arms, using two large motors as forearms. It also has this awesome head, which actually is pretty useless as an ultrasonic sensor, unless you lift its eyebrows.
Here is Lintu. It is a marvelous LEGO Mindstorms EV3 Animal robot that looks like Kiwi, the famous New Zealand bird. It is quite rare to see a Kiwi bird in person. But fear not, we've prepare a robot that looks almost exactly like the original.

Втората програма надгражда над първата, като прави робота не само да затваря човката си ами и да проверява дали има "храна" в нея. И чакането за храна и връщането в начална позиция се постигат с ротационен сензор.

Тази програма е за Жаба бот - ЛЕГО Mindstorms робот, който подскача. Програмата прави робота да се движи като количка с пружинен механизъм. Започва с чакане за 3 секунди, когато трябва да въртите краката на жабата назад, на ръка. След това издава звук и започва да скача напред, толкова колкото сте го навили. Програмата използва ротационен сензор за да разбере колко са навити краката.
A program for one of the scariest robots ever - Mantissa.
Тази програма е за Сюзън и Марк - LEGO Mindstorms EV3 Т-Рекс гонещ кола. Чрез тази програма Т-Рекс чака колата да стигне определена скорост и тогава да я нападне. Това е направено за да може поведението на Т-Рекс да показва, че той не вижда неща, които се движат бавно. Целта на програмата е да успеете да опънете кабела на колата на ръка, докато колелата и се въртят по земята и Т-Рекс да не ви забележи. A collection of MyBlocks, that help you use the Turtle robot. The MyBlocks used are the following:
FollowCourse: Makes the turtle rotate, until it reaches the course it uses. If it's already on it, this MyBlock makes the turtle go forward. It uses the power you set it on.
PickNewCourse: Makes the turtle pick a new course.
HideInShell: Makes the turtle hide in its shell for the designated amount of seconds.
CurrentAndDesiredCourse: Displays the Current course and the course it wants on the display of the robot.
Careful: Gyro Sensor port in this program is port 3. Check your cables when you run this program.

A program, that makes the Turtle follow a designated course and get back to it, even if it's been manually rotated. It also hides in its shell when it sees anything close to it.

This is a program for the Sebastian crab robot. It makes the robot walk, but also keeps track of where its legs are. It makes those who overrun the others to stop and wait for them.

This program makes Tohuru - LEGO SPIKE Prime owl robot move like an owl! What does an owl move like? Well, we decided that an important part of an owl's life is that it holds strong onto a branch! So the first part of the program makes the robot hold onto anything that is between its two wheels. After the owl starts spinning his head and searches for the closest object to him. Then he stares at it menacingly until it moves away!
Tohuru, from Maori, means owl.
Tohuru is a SPIKE Prime robot, that holds onto an edge and looks at the nearest object! It uses two medium motors to grip an edge between two wheels. In addition it has a head made out of an ultrasonic sensor, attached to a large motor, which allows it to turn 360 degrees! And most importantly, it looks like an Owl!
The scorpion is one of the most famous robots build with the NXT kit. In this lesson we are showing how to use the rotation sensor to program the scorpion and its strikes. The main challenge is how to return the spike for the same amount of degrees after it strikes. The other topic is how to use variable to keep the state of the scorpion. Both of this techniques are very valuable during the competition.
