Programming the LEGO MINDSTORMS Robot Inventor for FIRST LEGO League competitions involves learning how to turn left and right with the robot. There are not precise turns. The robot will make mistakes, because that's what robots do. But nevertheless it is important to learn how to program the robot to turn. We are releasing an additional course that is focused only on programming and how to make the robot consistent in its behavior, but in this tutorial we stop on turning

What do to with this tutorial?
Reach the other end of the field by modifying the program to turn with the robot.
Of course, you can't always prepare for a competition by just moving forward and backward. We are preparing for a FIRST LEGO League competition with LEGO Mindstorms Robot Inventor Construction. And we must know how to turn with the robot. We place the robot in the base, start it, we move forward, turned left. That's the whole point of the lesson. To give you a chance to download the programs, we provide Scratch program and a Python program. So just go ahead, download them on the robot and experiment with turning on the field. It doesn't have to be a precise turn. Just try to turn. Try to reach any mission model. Move forward, turn left. Stop there. Go ahead and accomplish the mission.
