Recap on the attachments, their purpose and how you should use them.
This is a 10 out of 10 video tutorial demonstrating the consistency and reliability of the Kriket robot when accomplishing the FIRST LEGO League 2022 missions called Wind Turbine, Television and Rechargeable Battery.
This second way of positioning the LEGO Mindstorms EV3 motors on the robot leaves more space for the Mindstorms brick and for attaching a third motor. We are experimenting and showing the advantages and disadvantages of this particular construction.
Improving the construction for the World Robotics Olympiad missions. The improvement is in the position of the sensor and the size of the balls container.
Many FLL competitions have a mission for demolition. You should always destroy something, but destroy it in a regulated manner and probably collect the destroyed mission model after that.
This is a very interesting idea that is worth sharing with the rest of the teams and the ELM team has provided it to us. Check out how they drop a LEGO human at a specific place.
We will take a look at the EV3 motors and will go into details about them
If you've done the calculation following the previous tutorials you would arrive at a result of 18.75 rotations. But this is not the correct answer. The calculation is wrong, because the math model that we've built, although kind of obvious, is not correct. When experimenting the correct number of rotations would be 37.5. This is a large difference. Two times larger. Exactly two times large. Something should be happening here - and this thing is "planetary mechanism"
In this video tutorial we deliver the Innovation project model from base to the cargo connect marker on the field. The goal of the mission is to deliver. The mission model is assembled before that.
The Load Cargo mission model could be accomplished by loading a cargo in a number of mission models on the FIRST LEGO League 2021-2022 Cargo Connect field. In this video tutorial, we load the cargo on the platooning trucks. In the previous one, we load it on the trains.
In this video tutorial the Chain Monster box robot accomplishes a mission that requires two actions. We should lift up (lever) and push almost at the same time on the mission model for it to release the batteries. These mission model is from the FIRST LEGO League 2022-2023 SUPER POWERED competition.
This is the first part of accomplishing M03 Energy Storage with the Kriket Box Robot. In this tutorial we show how to Drop the energy units in the storage. The second part will focus more on how do we pull the element from below the energy storage.
Starting with the World Robotics Olympiad 2014 Junior-High challenge we first catch the object on our path. We discuss a good mechanism for catching and lifting balls that can do two movements with one motor.
The final way for lifting our box robot is by using a scissors mechanism. In this Episode, we would discuss the benefits and advantages of this mechanism.
The most stressed wheel in our system is the driven wheel. We've already fixed the problem with the driving wheel of the scissor mechanism and now it is time to look at the drive LEGO Mindstorms wheel.
