This LEGO Mindstorms Attachment has three gears, one frame and two axles. The goal of the attachment is to use the gears to change the direction in which the motion is transferred.
The attachment shows how to do build a pinless robot attachment with LEGO EV3 Mindstorms.
Active robot attachment for the LEGO Mindstorms EV3 Box robot chassis. The attachment is placed on the top of the robot and uses a system of two gear wheels to transfer the motion to a lever and to .... lift things.
When you need a LEGO robot attachment to lift heavy things on the competition field. Probably at FIRST LEGO League or World Robotics Olympiad. This attachment uses 4-5 gear wheels to lift a heavy object.
Build with LEGO Mindstorms EV3 parts.
For the FIRST LEGO League 2016-2017 Animal Allies we prepared an attachment for lifting the robot. The idea of the attachment is to show how you could lift the whole robot with a system of gear wheels, levers, and scissors constructions.
Built mainly from LEGO Mindstorms EV3 parts but could probably be constructed from NXT sets.
Robot attachment that shows you how a circular motion could be transferred to linear by using a gear and a rack. The final motion is for pushing and pulling things.
The attachment could be built from LEGO Mindstorms EV3 and NXT parts.
Probably the largest multi-purpose FLL attachment at FLLCasts. These attached is doing a number of missions at once. 4 of them. You attach it to the robot and start the program. The robot moves and accomplishes a number of missions using only this attachment. At it also has a lot of parts. It is quite large and you can not build it from a single set. But that's ok because you are preparing for a competition, right?
This is the attachment of Team "Nightbeast", with which they :
1. M10–Food Production
2. M12–Satellite Orbits
3. Move the Cone Module to base
From Missions M06, M10 and M12 from FLL Into Orbit Challenge
The run with this attachment is very inconsistent and fails very often.
This robot is a veriation of the Spark Bot without steering wheel.
The goal of this LEGO Mindstorms building instruction is to spark the imagination when the base of the construction is very simple. Just two motors with the brick above them and one of the most classic ways to attach them together - with angled beams.
The construction could use EV3 or NXT wheels, so chose wisely. As a robot chassis base, it is suitable for all kinds of extensions. An interesting thing is the motors are attached to each other with a frame which is getting very popular in the EV3 world.
This attachment is meant to be built on the robot Francesco 2. When the red connector for the transmission connects the two axles for the rear gear wheels, the differential locks and the motor starts evenly transferring its power to both wheels.
When the red connector for the transmission is pushed to the side, the differential unlocks and once again transfers its power to the wheel with least resistance.
You can see empty beams hovering over this attachment. They are there so you can attach a lever construction over it, to help with the locking and unlocking of the differential. Similar leaver can be seen in the robot Catapult.
This is the attachment to accomplish Fll 2019 M01 mission with the Whakatae. You can see how to attach the attachment to the robot in this tutorial.
This is the attachment to accomplish Fll 2019 M06 mission with the Whakatae. You can see how to attach the attachment to the robot in this tutorial to do.
This is the attachment to accomplish Fll 2019 M06 mission with the Whakatae. You can see how to attach the attachment to the robot in this tutorial to do.
It also accomplish Fll 2019 M06 mission.
This is a distance sensor attachment for Luly, small LEGO Education SPIKE Prime competition robot with 3D building instructions. This attachment is place on the robot whenever we want to work with the LEGO Education SPIKE Prime Distance Sensor.
The goal of this robot attachment is to demonstrate a principle and example for dropping an object. It's built with LEGO Education SPIKE Prime parts and could be used in competitions in robotics like FIRST LEGO League/World Robotics Olympiad. It's designed for Luly, small LEGO Education SPIKE Prime competition robot with 3D building instructions. Check the courses in which this attachment is used for more information and tutorials on how to use it.
