In general we use the following parst for constructing with LEGO Technic:
The first and most important principle is as follow. When you want to connect two beams you must use at least two pins. Otherwise you risk to have the following issue:
However, if you place the two pins close to one another, the construction will be still unstable.
In order to have a stable constructions, you need to leave space between the two connection points.
When you want to connect two beams at an angle, you can use one of the angled beams.
For example if you want to connect this two beams:
you can achieve it using the larger L-shaped beam:
Another two parts, that are quite handy when it comes to connect beams at angle are:
For example, to connect this two beams:
you can do as follow:
Another example is:
At last, here are few examples how you can attach a sensor to the brick at different positions:

Instructors Remote Training
If you are working with students and you want to introduce Robotics to your class or you want to mentor a FLL team, but you are insecure about your technical knowledge in the Robotics field, then this is the right place for you. Having in mind teachers' busy schedule, we have design two different schedules and added an option to design one just for you. FLLCasts's Mindstorms EV3 Robotics Online Training is the perfect match for any teacher.
After the completion of each task the participant has to upload his solution for verification.
